It includes a small but fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, drip coffee percolator, microwave, storage and cutlery / utensils for 3 guests.

From the lounge a polished timber staircase leads up to a compact but romantic double bedroom, a small single bedroom and a shower room.

Because of the staircase access this house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the private plunge pool on the terrace of house Le Noyer, the 3 houses share a beautiful, fenced, 10m x 5m salt-water main pool with outdoor shower.

There is ping pong and a simple children’s play area, a covered shelter and BBQs.

The houses are surrounded by 1.5 hectares of quiet garden and private woodland.
