For the private use of this house there is a plunge pool on the terrace in addition to the main pool in the garden.

The open plan ground floor accommodation is full of original charm and modern facilities. It includes a small but fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, drip coffee percolator, microwave, storage and cutlery / utensils for 3 guests.

A Bluetooth speaker is provided to connect to your device.

From the lounge a polished timber staircase leads up to a compact but romantic double bedroom, a small single bedroom and a shower room.

Because of the staircase access this house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the private plunge pool on the terrace of house Le Noyer, the 3 houses share a beautiful, fenced, 10m x 5m salt-water main pool with outdoor shower.

There is ping pong and a simple children’s play area, a covered shelter and BBQs.

The houses are surrounded by 1.5 hectares of quiet garden and private woodland.
