Le Noyer

A charming 18th-century cottage with original features and all necessary modern facilities, a private plunge pool and a lovely terrace.

An ideal cottage for 2-3 people.

House Le Noyer (55m2) sleeps 3 people and is one of 3 houses within Le Domaine du Champ Bas.

For the private use of this house, on the sunny terrace is a 3.2m diameter plunge pool and shower.

Ground floor accommodation in the cottage includes a small, but fully equipped open-plan kitchen / living / dining room, which has a lovely original open fireplace and many original character features.

The kitchen area includes a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, drip coffee percolator, microwave, storage and cutlery / utensils for 3 guests.

A Bluetooth speaker is provided to connect to your device.

From the lounge a polished timber staircase leads up to a compact but romantic double bedroom, a small single bedroom and a shower room with toilet.

A child gate can be fitted at the top of the staircase. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request.

Because of the staircase access this house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the private plunge pool for Le Noyer, the 3 houses share a beautiful, fenced, 10m x 5m salt-water main pool with outdoor shower.

There is a charcoal BBQ on the terrace (you just need to bring the charcoal and your choice of steaks).

There is ping pong and a simple children’s play area.

The houses are surrounded by 1.5 hectares of quiet garden and private woodland.
