Le Rosier

For the private use of this house there is an indoor heated 4mx2m spa pool / balneo, with a shower & toilet, separated from the house by a private courtyard.

In the main house, ground floor accommodation includes a small, but fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee percolator, storage units and cutlery / utensils for 6 guests. The open-plan living / dining room has a lovely open log-burning fireplace and oil-fired central heating.

A Bluetooth speaker is provided to connect to your device.

On the ground-floor is a bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds), a shower room & separate toilet.

From the lounge a polished timber staircase leads up to a romantic main double bedroom with hand-made Balinese crafted bedroom furniture. The bedroom has a wash hand basin.

Upstairs there is also a second small double bedroom and an additional toilet. Because of the staircase access this house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the private indoor heated spa pool for house Le Rosier, the 3 houses share a beautiful, fenced, 10m x 5m salt water main pool with outdoor shower.

There is ping pong and a simple children’s play area, a covered shelter and BBQs.

The houses are surrounded by 1.5 hectares of quiet garden and private woodland.

On the doorstep of La Roque Gageac, Domme, Les Eyzies. Convenient for Brantome, Rocamadour, Bergerac, Cahors, Perigeux, Brive.
