Le Rosier Accommodation

General Facilities:

House Le Rosier (80m2) sleeps 6 people and is one of 3 houses within Le Domaine du Champ Bas.

For the private use of this house, separated by a private courtyard, there is an indoor heated 4mx2m spa pool / balneo, with a shower & toilet.

Ground floor accommodation in the main building includes a small, but fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living / dining room, which has a lovely original open fireplace and oil-fired central heating.

On the ground-floor is a bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds). Also the shower room and a separate toilet.

From the lounge a polished timber staircase leads up to a romantic main double bedroom with hand-made Balinese crafted bedroom furniture. The bedroom has a wash hand basin.

Upstairs there is also a second small double bedroom and an additional toilet.

Because of the staircase access this house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Specifics:

High speed WiFi in the house (subject to provider supply).

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, drip-filter coffee machine and all the kitchenware / crockery you should need for up to 6 people.

Bed sizes: main bedroom (160x200), second bedroom (140x190), downstairs bunk room (90x190).

A child gate can be fitted at the top of the staircase. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request.

There is a charcoal BBQ in the courtyard (you just need to bring the charcoal and your choice of steaks).
